The location was convenient. The room had good water pressure in the shower.
I was very angry that they advertised offering breakfast included with the stay but there is no such thing available! It’s the first sentence of their website description!!! This is blatant false advertising and they should be required to change it. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep and it didn’t have individual temperature control. The hotel room was adequately cleaned but the outside of the building is filthy, even the windows.

Good location.15 min public transport to get to DT of Calgary. Easy to find. It might be noisy due to the highway proximity. Soome obe sensitive to that should consider it before and ask for quiet room.I asked and my room was by the yard area. Read comments before my travel and I took ear plugs just in case- I did not need them.
To be honest I m a bit surprised by some comments. This is a 2* hotel, not a brand new one. Price is affordable. If you are expecting another level of comfort you have to double your budget per night.
Room, pretty large, was clean.Bed is comfortable. Bathroom clean, no issues with water, and you have everything you need.I also liked vintage style of room. Maybe would be nice to change a chair to match the rest. To me it was all good. I m considering to revisit Calgary and Banff, If I can stay at this hotel again I will definitely book.
External fist window panel was broken. I could not shut the window but since it is double panel window it was not a big deal. hope the appropriate service will fixe it.

It's a cheap motel there is no restaurants
When we got to our home we checked our credit card statement and saw that this motel had charged us without notification $40.95 CAD. I called the motel and they said it was for damage. I asked what damage and the receptionist said we stained 2 towels. The towels were dirty but nothing that would have come out in the wash so we feel they were scamming us. I have informed my bank.

Asked for extra pillows said NO. Was put in the last room at the end of the 2nd floor right beside the noisy highway. Heard cars and trucks all night long not getting any sleep. The TV was broken as the cable kept cutting in and out. No hot water for a shower. The bed was too soft and the mattress was sagging in that gave me a sore back in the morning.
