The beds were clean and comfortable. The towels and bathroom accessories were clean and adequate.
The temperature control was good.
The appearance of the entry was dingy. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close properly. The exhaust fan was very noisy in the bathroom and didn’t work well. The walls were all needing repair especially the lower sections. Only 1 chair for a two bedroom unit.
No tea bags provided.

The property is not cleaned. Balcony was too dirty like the never cleaned and room floor was not cleaned as well you can feel dust. Bad experience

It’s within the city
They charge too much for an overnight stay. You’ll only find out about the hidden “extra”charges (as they claim)after checking out. They are not honest in dealing with hotel clients. You’ll feel like you’ve been scammed after your stay. Sorry for the words but it’s true.

Nothing. The ability to facilitate what they advertised was never realized. There is a expectation of hotel style accommodation for their implemented policies but that standard wasn't matched. Poor staff interaction and lack of accountability for actions taken. I never got to actually stay, and they deflected to booking.com to rectify the issue. I would not ever recommend anyone to stay here. Go to a real hotel where they will match the advertised standards.

Location was good
Old rundown hotel, worst mattress I have ever slept on Small TV. Made me put a $$530 deposit down and only got back 500 The Visa form cost me $30. so at the end I tried to get my money refunded, but they wouldn’t do it. I should’ve just went to a nicer hotel.
