place is a disaster from a location point of view Poor access /excrees
It's tired and needs to be replaced . Linens were good but no central air and flooring is suspect

The condition of the room was awful, including an outside chair only suitable for the tip.
Door frames coming off with spiders, cupboard doors broken, gaps/holes in walls.

. The Ac worked great.
It is very dated. No rails on both sides of stairs.parking is first come first get.

Awful hotel do not stay here, not one thing was enjoyable, ended up leaving to another hotel
Unsanitary rooms, room door did not lock, shower did not work, toilet paper falling off the wall, stained sheets & the worst possible management

Wonderful
the room was spacious and I loved the location. Very close to CF Chinook Center / Mall as well as the LRT - Chinook station. Lots of shops around. Staff was caring. Requested for towels and room cleaning and was well received. Area is quiet and had a good sleep. Property looks a bit old, but well maintained. Staff gave me extra coffee and cups etc.
