Very Poor
It was terrible our first room had broke glass on the floor. And they gave us a second room which had white sticky crap all over the floor and on furniture. I would give it a zero star rating super dirty. You are better off sleeping in an alley it would’ve cleaner than this hotel. Every area looks as though it has never been wiped or cleaned.

I liked that the property was close to YYC and that they provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk staff was exceptionally nice and super helpful even when I had really silly questions. The restaurant had a good menu and the service was great. My room was clean, comfortable and my bed was so comfy.
There was really nothing I could say I didn't like.

Arrived at 3:00am and was told we could check out at 12:00noon instead. Very considerate.
Noisy hallway, even at 9:00am. The TV wouldn't shut off, we had to unplug it after trying to shut it off three times.

A hotel close to the airport to catch an early morning flight next morning. It was too early for the shuttle so they paid for a taxi to get us to the Calgary Airport

Wonderful
We stayed overnight after a long flight and long day. Ate 2 meals at the restaurant - not fancy but good. We used their shuttle service twice which was excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Hallways leading from pool to elevator usually wet and carried into elevator posing threat of a fall. People with dogs left pets in rooms while they were out. Pet would whine and park until owners came back, which would disturb other patrons.

Friendly staff at front desk, cafe and housekeeping.
They need to replace the complicated clock with a SIMPLE, easy to use bedside clock. They need to provide a pen and notepad on the desk. They need to provide microwave instructions beside the microwave. Nobody likes having to search online for that sort of thing. The phone should have a label for ‘Front Desk.’
