Really comfortable, especially enjoyed the sauna and breakfast!
We were permitted free early check in after requesting baggage holding prior to check in. At this time we were also upgraded to a better room for free. Really lovely of the team to do a bit extra for us.
No bathrobes, which would have been great following the sauna but that's neither here nor there.

The breakfast was poor, and repeated the same, every other day, boring, and unimaginative.

The fact that I was not picked up at the airport as arranged. It cost me CAD 60 to get to the hotel from the airport.

The location and price
The noisy ice machine next to my room! The breakfast menu that offered omelettes and didn’t deliver. The waitress advised it was ‘tomorrow’s menu’ however it was written the night before….

The staff were very pleasant and answered all our questions quickly. We had the two bedroom apartment. Lots of space for 4 people. The breakfast was good and I liked the sign in the elevator telling the guest (in a funny way) when it would be crowded. And the water pressure was good.
The dated furniture, but I did see everything will be replaced soon.

The room was nice and it is in walking distance to a few restaurant and bars. They also have underground parking which was nice to feel a little bit safer with the rental car.
Definitely not the hotel's fault, this was just my first time in Calgary and I had expected a few more options for restaurants and bars. It is a pretty quiet area
