The staff were lovely. Diana at the Front Desk was particularly helpful and accommodating.
There were a lot of renovations happening during my stay.

Location was perfectly walkable to everything we wanted. The room is very large, plenty of space for the three of us.
Some of the furniture is just plain worn out and housekeeping had clearly not checked the windows. There were smears on all of them. Street noise was very loud, the back side would probably be a better placement on a weekend.

Breakfast was good but breakfast room is really small for the amount of guests. They did end up opening a side room to accommodate. Being downtown traffic was noisy outside but the hotel itself was quiet.
The bed mattress was a bit too firm.
