Pleasant
The water park is great for the kids. They had a blast. Rooms were big and comfy beds.
It wasn’t exactly the cleanest hotel we’ve been to. There were a few things that were not clean and made us worry about what else wasn’t being cleaned.

It was nice in the lobby
Bad location room wasn’t very nice for how much I paid, pool had to be booked in advance, there were hockey kids playing in the hallways till almost 3am and no hotel staff cared, the rooms are so hear through, you can hear people whispering in other rooms.

Great location- rooms were a little outdated but mattresses were in great condition with clean pressed bedding
Staff didn’t seem to listen- upon check in O mention my husband was a few hours behind woth a later arrival and I was told he was on the reservation and it wouldn’t be a problem to give him a key and parking in a few hours… this was not the case.

We had booked in just for the pool but unfortunately were disappointed by that as well.
They were booked spoiled so we were only allowed an hour time slot to swim unfortunately when it was our turn to go we had just gotten in and someone had a bowl movement in the hot-tub then graciously took it up the stairs and down the slide with them so pulled the grandkids out and unfortunately that was the end of our swimming. Kids were very upset! Once back in the room we had dried blood smeared on the pillow cases that was not ours hotel staff was great with bringing up clean pillow cases for us but still disappointing especially for the cost of the room.

lovely wonderful staff. room was well
maintained, but my Mother in law had a noisy neighbour whos TV she could hear all hours of the night.
honestly we picked this hotel for the slides for the kids, and I cannot believe how filthy the water was, we could not let the swim. the smell of the chlorine was so so so strong due to the dirty water that it hurt my eyes. honestly this pool should have been closed i can’t believe so many people were swimming in filthy water. when you can smell the chlorine that strong, it’s really bad water. so the whole reason we came and paid a premium for this hotel with the pool and slides was a waste.

Wonderful
are teenagers had a fun time with the water sides. It was not very crowded so we did not have any time constraints. The hot tub was full of kids so my husband and I did not go in, but it did look nice. there is another pool in hot tub by the gym, but the hot tub was not operational there. The location to get to the airport was perfect.
The beds were not super comfortable for me. The comforter was kind of noisy and scratchy, and the beds were a little bit on the harder side. The room was very nice and the place was clean.
