The pool is great for the kids, big and little. It can be busy but they require booking on weekends after 6, which is easy to do. Pretty sure it was the highlight of the kids trip (ages 1.5, 3, and 6)

Staff was very friendly, location was convenient and the water slides were super fun with my kids.
When we first went into the room, the toilet seat was ripped off its hinges and just placed onto of the bowl. My toddler fell in when he tried to use the washroom.
There was so many stains on the carpet, it was wild.
The pillows were super fluffy and uncomfortable.
Our AC sounded like a jet about to take off.
When you go to the pool with slides, you only get 1 hour so if you have toddlers be aware that you have to take them out after an hour which usually results in a tantrum. Luckily you can go downstairs to the basement pool but be aware there is absolutely no towels and the hot tub has a large amount of floaties.
Also, for the price you think they would include breakfast.

Disappointing
Spacious bathroom with an additional sink good for a family of 4. Waterside was a hit.
I didnt notice when booking that you could only swim for an hour time slot in the evening. Awful when traveling a long distance. The hot tub was barely warm and the jets did not work. Like sitting in a Luke warm tub with strangers. I called for extra towels and did notnreceive them. Had to ask housekeeping in the morning and they were even hesitant.

The duvet was dirty and hidden by bed sheets and hard to get towels for the pool if you're staying in a pool side room.
