Loved the pool - just wish it was warmer. Liked the firmness/ comfort of the beds
Shampoo& conditioner needs improvement. Room floor needs to be updated - dirty and old. Pool would be better if it was warmer.

The Waterpark was really good for a hotel. My granddaughter loved it.
Quite noisy with kids running up and down the hallway.
I prefer a firmer bed.

The suit was 300 $ a night. And the bed was worn out and so soft .
You would think they would update them . And when I mentioned it to the front desk . Didnt even listen to what I had to say . Just proceeded my morning check out .
$610.00 for 2 nights
Probably will never go back there .

The food was gross and overpriced. $50 for veggies & hummus (that was not hummus. Was chickpeas blended with water ) and 10 wings. The waterslides were closed when they were supposed to be open. You also were only given a one hour time slot.
