Wonderful
We were with family, so the kids were so excited with the water park and slides. The order and operation there was perfect! And also the room was big and generally the facilities.
The location is quite far from downtown, but 17 mins from the airport, so whoever is coming for a short visit it might be OK.

Poor service
I haf precooked and asked for a ground suite because of my handicapped foot and they Gabe my suite away to other guests!!! Did not consider my foot problems!!! On Sat my foot was in pain I had to hop around and made it worse!!!

The breakfast was nice, but our room wasn't completely clean when we arrived. Pillows without pillow cases, clothes from previous guests still lingering in the bathroom, hairs in the bed... Also the AC was broken. Apart from that a fine stay, nothing special and the hotel was a bit outdated. Definitely better hotels to be found in the area.

Breakfast was good.
Location was good.
Clean rooms.
Kids enjoyed the water slides.
Outdated rooms for the price of money paid.
Elevator always stopped on floor 3 going up and down.
Staff mention one hour time slots after 6pm, but don't highlight the other pool to use which would have been better. During the 1 hour time slots it was still very busy.
Could do better for shampoo/conditioner in the rooms.
No safes in the room.
