Friendly staff, clean and perfect pool for kids
The fact that the elevators don’t take you to the actual parkade. There are still 5 stairs to battle which is hard with a double stroller like we had or someone in a wheelchair. And exiting the parkade is a nightmare. It’s WAY too tight

After our arrival in Calgary, by air, the hotel was located fairly near the airport, just a short drive after we picked up our rental car.
Upon arrival, the gentleman that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, I think his name was Mo, and as per my request via Booking.com we were allocated a lovely room on the 6th floor, with a fabulous view of the Calgary skyline and the Rocky Mountains in the distance.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the two queen beds that me and my wife used were exceptionally comfortable.

An overnight stay, staff very helpful, room was spacious and the bed comfy, buffet breakfast was well catered for. Stayed here on several occasions.

3 hot tubs and they were all not working, soda machines weren't working. King size rooms should come with the option of a balcony.
