Poor
The shampoo conditioner and soap. I also love that they were very generous with towels. The staff are very nice.
The Jets in the hot tub in the basement were broken. I was unaware of the time slots for the water slides. The first room we went into had hair in the beds and one bed had blood but the stopper accommodating and changed rooms. The room was very cold upon entering. I visited this place years ago and it was amazing. Right now it looks like very rundown.

We loved the waterslides and that their was one that our littlest one could use. It was closed for maintenance the second day. We also enjoyed breakfast would have liked it included though
It would be nice if it was closer to attractions and breakfast was included.

Disappointing
Caution! If you have a flight before 9am or you don't want to be rushed to your gate, you should stay somewhere else. I booked it because they had an airport shuttle and we had skis so we knew a regular cab was out of the question. When we got to the lobby in the morning with our luggage, they informed us that the shuttle starts at 6:00am. Our flight was at 6:30, so we had to pay for our own oversized cab to the airport and it wasn't cheep. This hotel isn't cheep either. It appears that this hotel is mainly focused on stay-cations for local families to enjoy the pool, and that is actually fabulous! I'm all for it. I have kids and I get it. Don't let this cottage industry you've got going on interfere with people that are focused on catching international flights. So, if your looking for a hotel that caters to travelers or a vibrant bar/lounge experience with other like minded adventurers, this is also, not the place for you. I was very upset at the front desk personnel on the morning of March 14, 2026, and the puzzled looks on their faces when I explained that the airport opens at 4:00 and the first flight is at 6:00am, was absolutely priceless. That is why this over 50 well experienced world traveler is writing the first negative hotel review of his Entire Life. Also, We dropped our rental car off the day before and our drive to the same terminal was a fraction of the time. Not only did the driver run the meter up, he insisted on dropping us off at the wrong departure area. We got to the check-in area late and our luggage didn't make the flight. The hotel was great, rooms were good size and clean. Staff was very friendly. The kids loved the pool and water slides. Breakfast buffet was good and a good price for a family of 4. We will definitely be back!
Dinner buffet was a bit expensive for what it was.
