The staff was friendly & the pool was great

Underground parking, room was big/comfortable/clean, friendly/helpful staff, close to airport. We didn’t use the pool, but the pool area looked amazing. It even had slides for kids. Great value!!
It would have been nice to have the restaurant open for dinner and not just have room service at that time. We went out for dinner, but had the restaurant been open we would’ve just ate there.

We like the pool but not the restrictions to use it which was our main reason to go there
Hour book for pool
Restaurant was bad and shitty service plus charge 18% because we were 9 make it very expensive with a poor service
Still didn’t get our security deposit it always been direct every where we went

The staff were helpful and kind
I didnt like the hours of the pool. The hours didnt work well with out schedule.
The Jetz Pub was lacking in service.

Water was freezing in the water park. Would have been nice to have breakfast included in the coat. One lamp in our room didn’t work.
