3 hot tubs and they were all not working, soda machines weren't working. King size rooms should come with the option of a balcony.

Loved that you needed a key to use elevator, won’t have random people roaming. Very friendly staff and nice and clean

Great breakfast buffet for the family. The room was clean. The pools and slides were great for the kids. It was a short drive to the zoo and the science centre which was perfect.
The pool was cold and the hot tub was closed during our stay which was unfortunate. There is nothing really to walk to from the hotel and we found the room service menu limited in terms of vegetarian options.
