We stayed at this hotel with 6 families and 7 kids altogether. The kids were constantly running around, going up and down the stairs, and making lots of noise in the lobby. Despite all that, the staff were incredibly kind and patient with us. Their warm and friendly attitude made our stay so much more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their understanding and hospitality!

The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable...
Our experience was severely disrupted at 2:00 AM when a major leak from the jacuzzi room above caused a "monsoon rain storm" in our room. After calling the front desk, we waited 30 minutes for an update that never came. Upon calling back, we were finally offered a new room and had to relocate at 3:00 AM. The new room was acceptable, but the excessive temperature (25 degrees) further delayed our ability to get back to sleep.
The following morning, I was told the manager only works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. I eventually spoke with the manager on Monday, who apologized and confirmed she would comp the room charge and notify Booking.com.
Despite this assurance, it has now been over one month, and I have not received the promised refund for the $200+ charge, nor have I been able to re-establish contact with the manager.
What a waist of 200+ dollars.

I like the front desk who was so accommodating and friendly. Sorry I forgot to ask his name. He is a tall white guy l.
What I don’t like is hearing the foot steps of the other occupants upstair. Like at the middle of the night you will hear like a steps of an elephant stamping. I also comment the pool that is too cold. Not even a warm water. It is a cold water.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed was the most comfortable ever (I even took a picture of the brand of the mattress!), the breakfast was amazing, with lots of options and all very yummy. Staff was wonderful. Parking was free and plenty. The train to the city center was very near and convenient. Best hotel of my whole trip for sure!

Location was perfect for attending an event at the Saddledome. It is a nice perk to have the free morning breakfast as well.

I chose this property to be close to the Stampede and the airport since we had a very early flight. The parking was free. The breakfast was decent and was included. There was no where to eat around the area, very industrial.
The walk to the Stampede was dangerous, on a highway. When I asked how best to walk to the parade and Stampede, the staff just said, “walk north.” We wound up taking a train into town and walking back to the hotel, cutting through a cemetery. The staff should have helped us with directions.
The fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud. The air conditioning unit made loud noises every once in awhile which woke us up.

The hotel was fully booked and many of the guests were in Calgary for an international conference. Most people had to be on their way at the same time and with the breakfast area being small, it was congested and very warm.
Simpler breakfast without the pancake/waffle machines which slowed things up. Offer a simple breakfast of premade eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, fruit and oatmeal, coffee, tea. The coffee machine could be upgraded.
