It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was further from the centre than it stated, you need to get a bus or train to the centre, taking at least 20 minutes. There was nothing in the immediate area apart from a McDonald's and another takeaway. There's no restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool was too cold to be used. The hotel was tired and needs renovation. Toilet seat was broken. The air conditioning unit was old and very noisy, we couldn't have it on at night, so it was quite hot.

Fantastic service. They were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was excellent and the pool and hot tub were very very clean.
We also enjoyed the gym.

Staff was amazing was welcomed when arrived late. Clean and organized hotel. Breakfast was delicious pool was clean. I highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends when they visit Calgary.
Honestly it’d be nice to have bacon for breakfast as well.

Pool was good too
Being in the front of hotel traffic could be loud at times.
Also on 4th floor elevator could take its time but could of been because of weekend.

Just go for this hotel. Absolutely loved my 5-day stay. Good breakfast, clean and quiet place. Room was really big and comfortable. Just perfect in every way.

breakfast was awesome and the room super too.
somehow my reservation which I paid for did not appear. Had to fork out more money for the night. Not happy about that. Am sending email to check what happened.
