We had a beautiful stay and very pleased with staff, checking in and out. I would recommend this place to everyone. We travel alot to Calgary and will definitely be back.
1st would be the burnt and dried out sausage with breakfast.
2nd would be the truck that came early around 6am in morning to pick up the garbage bin.

Comfortable room. Excellent shower. Quiet at night. Breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. Ideal for a single or couple for one night. When we had to cancel our second night's booking due to illness we were not charged for it despite being well passed the 24 hour deadline
TV was difficult to use and navigate. Channels in guide did not match channels using remote. Mini fridge was indeed mini. It's tiny freezer did not function

There was a room and there was a bed. The pancakes at breakfast were nice and the coffee was not as bad as I've had before. Juice was actually nice.
This is way too expensive for what you get. Noisy, very weird smell in the bathroom, sloppy work done on the bathroom, bad shower, it didn't look clean and there were hairs in the shower. The desk wasn't very good. Nearly all the food options contained milk. Also, when you pay this amount of money I expect a lot of options for breakfast and not this limited amount of options. I would've felt ripped off had I paid half of what I paid now.

Food is different everyday which is good unlike other hotels that we have been to.y daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Facility is close to zoo and science centre and grocery stores. Staff is friendly, will definitely come back!
