Good sized room, good location.
No TV channel worked.
Bathroom seems not to drain properly.
AC is not properly positioned. It's directed to guest's head, and that caused lots of discomfort.
The gym room had no proper circulation, heat was a problem.
Loose wires strewn here and there.
Noise from room above, so loud that we reported it. Note, noise from someone walking.
Unfortunately, we saw some hair and residue on our toilet after cleaning.

Cleanliness was okay.
There were only two plug-ins that were accessible and we had 4 items that needed to be plugged in. Also the plug-ins that were accessible were so loose that we had to put items under the plugs to keep the cords connected to the electricity!!

Room was good.
Location was convenient.
The hotel front desk staff insisted the room was not paid for and made me pay for the room again. I was very tired and just wanted to go to sleep so I paid for the room again. Finally another manager came around and saw that the room had been prepaid and said they would refund the room charges back to my card - but it would take 7-10 days before the refund would show up. Using low limit card for travel - having to wait up to 10 days for a refund is not acceptable and having the hotel argue with me about the room being prepaid makes both them and hotels.com a very poor choice to use for booking.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.
Facility is old and needs lots of renovations. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work in the rooms. Questionable cleanliness of the rooms.

The location was easy to find and convenient for getting to other parts of town. The staff were very friendly and worked hard.
The beds were not comfortable at all, however one staff member did inform us that they are about to do renovations which include new mattresses. So that will be good for next time!

Wonderful
We stayed there before. We enjoyed the stay there compared to others we stayed at. Which is why we went back. They have nice staff. The breakfast staff was amazing with help when needed and put out a fresh spread.
Just the pool is a little small when there are lots of kids but it was prime season. But did not keep us away as it is economical and nice place
