Always clean facilities; Excellent Choice with the Continental Breakfast that is so generously included.
They are in the midst of some small renovations in the exercise room area. Hopefully that goes well.
Pool area kept clean, and always clean, fluffy towels. Nice products used in shower and tub areas.
To show my deep appreciation for always a nice and safe stay; I would be willing to press both shirts and trousers of any
other guests there for the first three or four hours of the next morning; Service work only. Volunteerism is a good thing.
All items would be left at front desk with your staff for their pick up.
Sorry to hear that you no longer have shuttle service to the airport; that can be of benefit.
Sometimes; if you have a reliable, and screened Uber personnel, that can provide regular service, only one car.
That might assist with the attainment of a contract agreement with one of the flight crew. Regular business from
an International Carrier such as Air Egypt, Air China, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Porter or even Air Canada.
( Maybe that might be a possibility, I know your Front Desk Staff would contribute some good ideas.)

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room and the staff.
The noise from the other guest was awfull. We had just returned from a long flight and wanted to rest. There were young teen age boys running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling. They were also outside our windo making a racket for hours. It seemed like there was no adult supervision at all.

comfortable bed, hot tub and pool
there was no view outside the window, constant noise during the night due to the , I guess it was the heating system, right underneath the window.
We did not like the Kurik coffee maker and its plastic cups as well as the little plastic cutlery and containers for jam, butter and so on ..

This property needs updating. Which to be fair is in the works. The room layout was awkward. No real window to look out and the air conditioning blew directly on the bed. The room also had a weird bathroom layout with incorrect plumbing (water goes immediately to hot). Also no extra pillows were available

Location good stayed many times. To get room cleaned we put sign on door. Ladies just put it back in and didn't clean which was unusual. But the stay was great.

Breakfast was basic but good, bed was comfortable.
Quite noisy as we were near the pool and laundry area.
