Poor
The staff were so polite and very kind! But would not give us refund to go to another hotel when we were not happy with our room.
The bathrooms are so small you have to stand over the toilet to clothes the door. The beds where hard and lumpy goes along with the floor it was extremely uneven. Our drawer on our side table would not stay shut thats how uneven the room was.

The check in staff were nice and friendly. Like the smart TV and able to use streaming apps. Breakfast was great, my husband loved the vegan banana muffins
Could use a little more counter space. One of the electrical outlet was damaged

We checked out at 11am then spent our day shopping in Calgary before we head back to Canmore. When we got back in Canmore at 930pm, we found out that we left our ipad and phone in the hotel room. So I phoned the hotel right away! I’ve talked to Abraham at 939pm and he said that they have the ipad and the phone. He asked me when do i want to pick it up? And also said that they will just keep it and whenever I’m ready then i can pick it up. The next day, that’s when I realized that they should have called me or emailed me to let me know that we left our iPad and phone. So i called the hotel and said my concern, I didn’t get the guy’s name but i told him that we are grateful that they kept it for us, but they could have told us that they got it so we could have picked it up that day. He was telling me that maybe the housekeepers were busy that day and didn’t have time to tell them. Given that they are busy but until what time are they doing the rooms? I’m pretty sure they’re done doing the rooms before 3pm, because check in is at 3pmor 4pm. My point here is, They should inform the customers right away whenever there are things that are left in the rooms. People stay in the hotel because they’re from somewhere else and not staying in the area for so long. It’s a hassle if we’re not informed right away, we don’t know when can we go back just to get our stuff.. So please next time tell your staff to call or email the customers right away if they forgot something in the rooms.
