Front staff were good. Shower head was great. But that’s about all.
The bed sucked really bad. They are hard and not comfy. Didn’t get much sleep the first night and woke up with a sore back the second morning. Shower was dirty and growing something in the corner. Toilet kept running all night. Wasn’t the cleanest.

Nice rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was amazing!
The hot tubs were so full and some guests camped out in them all evening drinking. I’m all for people having a good time but there are a lot of people who like to use the facilities.

- room amenities (coffee machine, fridge, nice shower)
- easy for a layover or early flight
- ease of shuttle to the airport (every half an hour directly from the hotel)
- Ease of check in and out
- fruit and water in the lobby
- weird lights under the bed
- weird chair in the room
- wish the main room door had a double lock
- breakfast was good but would have preferred a buffet for quick mornings before flights
- shuttle service pick up from the airport to the hotel was not that convenient and the cab was very expensive for a 3km ride.

Very prompt service after a problem with our credit card.
The room was excellent, bed super comfy, shower excellent. We loved the restaurant bar and the included breakfast was super. We will continue to stay here when we go to Calgary

Friendly, efficient staff. Beautiful exceptional room with everything… even robes. Great shower!
Roof top Lounge and hot tubs with stunning view.
Complimentary breakfast, which included 5 full breakfast choices, was in a brightly lit restaurant with a lovely view.

Well-decorated room, comfortable bed. Relatively quiet although some aircraft noise as facing towards the airport (next time will request a room facing west). Good shuttle service. Good breakfast.

reception was so rude and declined my stay. he did sth to not let me stay . I have 4 cards and he is been telling its declined. i even used my Dubai credit card and still accept it
