The TV
The building was reminiscent of the shining, the phone did t work to call the fro t desk, lighting was inadequate, the elevator was too far from the front desk.

Cheap, I had lower expectations and it was a good stay ! Beds are comfortable. Washrooms was clean. I just needed a bed to sleep ! I was there during stampede!
Noise on hallway during the stampede weekend, normal.
I don’t understand the bad reviews.

I could not find any thing attractive in the hotel. Just that they provided towels and toiletries in the bathroom.
Dripping of water from the bathroom floor to the room and door areas during bathing. Old and outdated furniture's. No WiFi as claimed because I was not given access if they have as at when checking in. No shuttle service as also claimed to pick me from the airport, no restaurant or breakfast facilities and the staff are not friendly, they just want you to leave to enable them check in someone else in the room.

Wonderful
The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms and hallways were clean and quiet. Two fabulous restaurants in the hotel along with Denny’s Restaurant and a Shell gas station right next door. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again considering every other place around there was double the price.

The location
The cleanliness of this place is appalling. The sheets are stained, worn out, and covered in hair. The toilet was dirty and had visible waste residue. The walls were smeared with grime, and the chairs reeked of old food. Overall, it’s an extremely filthy room — absolutely unacceptable for any guest.

Second time I've stayed here. First time there was two cop cars outside, this time, I came back from breakfast and there was 8 cop cars outside! One bypasser commented..." They might as well turn that place into a police station"! Says Enough really!
