The pictures on the website are a whole lot different from the actual hotel my room was disgusting the bed sheet didn’t seem like they were clean their were cigarette burns in the bed sheets there was plugs in basically hanging out of the wall the bathroom was so disgusting I wouldn’t even have a shower I well never stay at this hotel again

Missing lights bed was terrible as it was very springy. If you moved in the bed the whole bed moved. Not much lighting and carpet floor felt wet. Odor in room of mold.

Nothing, there was blood on the sheets. Staff told us too bad they refused to get us clean sheets because they were desk attendants not housekeeping and housekeeping is gone home for the day so we had bloody sheets.

There is boy one single thing that would draw me back to this property . Thee staff is rude , greedy and bolder than Canadians can accept . White people are treated like trash and I would rather sleep in a ditch than ever go back there again . They kept my 200.00 deposit refusing to give it back to me and charged me 20 per hour after I asked for a late departure request . They do not attend the front desk and charged me 20 more dollars because they were 15 minutes late for my checkout time and refused to acknowledge that it was indeed their fault they I was 15 minutes late for my check out
It is not clean. They don’t have any food that is palatable for the tastes of Canadians

There were condom wrappers on the floor, a toenail in the bed, blankets with cigarette burns, stains on the sheets. No working AC (room 161) it was atrocious. Reported it to front desk and they told me they couldn’t do anything I have to email someone.

Nothing at all. They lie in the description, it does not have breakfast, water, coffee etc. No airport shuttle. It is beyond filthy. No security, I was scared for my life the whole time. This place needs to be demolished. No amount of "repairs" will fix how decreptid the place is.
NOT WORTH A PENNY. BETTER OFF SLEEPING ON THE AIRPORT BATHROOM FLOOR. Crackheads swarming the place. Zero customer service. So dirty that I slept in my airplane clothing, on top of the covers. I couldn't even bring myself to let it touch my pajamas. NO AMENITIES. NO FOOD, COFFE, WATER OR SHUTTLE. Spent waaaay more just getting there and getting food than if I just spent the little bit more for the reputable hotels nearby that have breakfast and a shuttle to airport. Its 40+ dollars to taxi here from arrivals- that's 1 way. Not as close to the airport as it seems. They lied on the amenities so I had to shell out for basic stuff such as WATER to drink. The door has a solid 2 inch gap, so I stuffed towels under it so people couldn't just bend over and look in on me. Dirty with stains on absolutely everything, sheets, towels, walls, carpet etc. Musty and no air flow working- so no heat or a/c. Has crackheads roaming around at all hours of the day and night. Legitimately scared for my life the whole time. They watched me struggle to bring in my bags coming and going. NO handicap button to help with that- so I couldn't imagine being in a wheelchair. Sooo rundown it needs to be demolished completely. NO amount of paint could cover the horrors of this place. I can't believe I ended up spending more being here than if I just went to a hotel nearby. 80+ bucks to get to and fro and then I had to go get water, coffee, food etc. They wouldn't even hold my luggage for a little bit while I went to go get some food. Customer service was less than impressive. "Give me MY keycard" is all she said to me while checking out. The guy checking me in seemed like he had no idea what was going on. Scary people hanging everywhere. I wish I never went here. I went to the airport 8 hours early just to get as far away from this place as possible. I'd never been happier to sit in an airport lobby after being here. Please booking.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The staff is horrible, even when notified that people had been getting high in the lobby they didn’t clean up the joints, instead they just said someone would clean it in the morning. There were intoxicated people around the entrance yelling at us as we went in. The elevator felt like it was right out of a horror movie, as did the halls and the room itself. Avoid this place at all costs.

Cheap, I had lower expectations and it was a good stay ! Beds are comfortable. Washrooms was clean. I just needed a bed to sleep ! I was there during stampede!
Noise on hallway during the stampede weekend, normal.
I don’t understand the bad reviews.

Wonderful
The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms and hallways were clean and quiet. Two fabulous restaurants in the hotel along with Denny’s Restaurant and a Shell gas station right next door. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again considering every other place around there was double the price.

The location
The cleanliness of this place is appalling. The sheets are stained, worn out, and covered in hair. The toilet was dirty and had visible waste residue. The walls were smeared with grime, and the chairs reeked of old food. Overall, it’s an extremely filthy room — absolutely unacceptable for any guest.
