The property was easily accessible off the highway and away from the downtown center. We never had issue with finding parking and the parking were near our room so it wasn’t that far of a walk.
We also love that the bistro was a few rooms down and it didn’t seem too noisy even if we were next to the highway. We had amazing weather during our state so we enjoyed the balcony area with access to lounge chairs to watch the sunset over Banff.
Our room had a broken curtain rod that made it hard to slide and cover our windows. Also the outlet near the beds were hidden behind the bed frame so plugging in our chargers for our phone made it inaccessible. All just minor inconveniences.

The room was nice, the location was excellent, just outside the crowded town of Banff, and the use of free e-bikes (3 hrs) was a real plus and made getting to town by avoiding traffic a breeze.
Beautiful Mountain View’s; friendly staff, including Hudson at the front desk who deserves a special shout out.

The place is awesome and Hot tub is perfect touch and it was happy stay. Appreciate the shuttle services and the free rental Bear sprays.
The staff are very friendly and did share best things to explore.
A microwave in the room would have been very helpful.
Our outings ended very late at nights and we weren't able to heat up store bought food for very late night meal.

Very tired hotel. No bedside lamp on one side of bed. No PowerPoint either. Bathroom old and tired. Shower water pressure too low. Curtains should be on 2 sides not one long curtain as it means door can’t be opened.

Hotel is really a ski lodge in Winter so basic room . However bed was comfortable. It is on a hill with an amazing view but there is a busy highway which is noisy at night .

Our room was nice and the upgrade to a mountain view room was well worth it. Spectacular views of the mountains! Staff at the front desk seemed tired. We used the shuttle service to town a couple of times which was handy. The walk to town was not super close but very picturesque. Plenty of parking on the hotel grounds which was very useful. The restaurant onsite had nice meals.

Room lighting was poor. We had lower floor next to bistro and it was a bit noisy. The room had only one chair and huge picture window with great view but people could see in to room. An additional sitting option would be nice.

Small modern boutique feel with artistic additions and native art throughout. The plant based menu at the bistro was lovely. The bed was fantastic.
The lighting in our room was terrible. Only one nightstand with a light that was more cool looking than functional. No plugs by the beds for phones, etc.
