Room cleanliness & size. Parking was easy to navigate though pricey.
View. The listing didn't indicate that the room was located in the staff wing and the view was terrible. There is no way that they should be charging $400+/night for these rooms.

Perfect location and ambience.
Our room was not cleaned on two separate days by 4:30 pm. We had to wait for it to be cleaned after a whole day of sightseeing . Spoke to the manager but he only said sorry and expected more from a hotel of this caliber!
