The room and bed were really nice and comfortable. The location on banff ave was amazing and we had a great view from our room of it. Loved the hot tub on the roof as well.
I thought the cascade lounge would be more of an actual bar but that’s ok, a rooftop bar would be cool though.

The restaurant was amazing food. Restaurant Manager was taking the to interact with tables which was great to see.
Was way too noisy location couldn’t sleep had to use ear plugs. Party places bars I guess close by. Which I didn’t know when booking. I think should have option to pick room locations online. Mold on tub surround & tub. No smart tv for the price of the room.

Great location.
The hot water broke one of the day which was unfortunate. Staff needs some hospitality training on how to greet guests.
