Pleasant
Charming place but tiny room
Service in restaurant was poor and the on location shop was overpriced.

Staff was wonderful. Everyone was welcoming and even when my husband got sick, they were concerned and offered help. Amazing week!
Would have like a little more variety in the menu, but we were the last week of the season. Food was still great and a great value for the price.

Where we were. Wonderful. The history.
Paper cups rather than proper coffee mugs and wine glasses.

Location close to river, falls, mountains is excellent. Hosts and staff are courteous and responsive.
Mice in cabin. Also, I misunderstood that there was no kitchen in the cabin. Staff provided a microwave and dishes for our use.

Pleasant
Cannot use DVD due to absence of a control. Nobody to call regarding this but had to email only. What if customer does not have access to email. Emails can be attended to if sent not later than 10:00pm. This is ridiculous if there are emergencies. A lady came to provide the control but we were already asleep. She said it took her a long time to get a control. Housekeeping should have checked completeness of the amenities. There were areas with dust/dirt. No lights at the porch and outside. Lights (a must) are very important for safety and security reason esp for seniors. Please make some improvements. Thank you.

Loved everything about the property. The location made hiking Johnston Canyon so easy; the cabin was extremely well outfitted and comfortable; the claw footed bathtub was a delight each night; Hannah is so nice, informative and has great taste in music; the selection of gifts in gift shop was good; Redge was great company for breakfast; and check in and out was very quick. Could not have asked for more.
There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Excellent location for an early start hiking the Falls. Loved the little porch at the front of the cabin.
No complaints.

Staff was amazing and we also met the Operations Manager and he treated us well and made special accommodations to make our stay satisfactory. The restaurant served quality food that we enjoyed three times.
We thought it was a studio (kitchen included) but that was our fault for not reading more after seeing refrigerator and "studio". The staff was so kind and brought us a microwave and toaster and we managed fine.
