Beautiful, modern and good-sized room only a short walk from the centre of Banff. The city bus passes provided on check-in were much appreciated and the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Great parking space available.
There was a white noise audible in the room which was quite disturbing during the night.

The location was ok. The British guy on the reception at the end of our stay was great
The Check in reception was not very welcoming. The room was very disappointing. No AirCon, no wardrobe to hang up clothes. … just shelves. The TV was very poor. The hotel was very expensive. There are definitely better and cheaper hotels in Banff

The location is great. it’s a 10 walk to downtown center, and the hotel offers free pass for local Roam bus, which we used a lot. The hot pool and sauna were nice, but it can get crowded at late night. The pull-out sofa bed is a nice feature. The staff were very friendly and they promptly gave us extra coffee and tea, sheets and blanket when asked.
The room is a bit small, although it’s enough for the two of us.

Location was perfect near downtown area in Banff. Cave “inspired” hit tub was pleasant while it worked.
It was extremely dated, no AC, beds were uncomfortable, furniture was stained. Elevator broke twice during our 24 hour stay.
