I liked the rooms and the pool area. The fireplaces in the room was really nice.
I didn’t like that when I booked free breakfast was advertised along with free parking but that wasn’t the case for my stay.

Great location in Banff, the front desk staff were very welcoming and engaging. Good spacious room that had a very comfortable bed. Great parking facility.
The restaurant food was a little disappointing for the price. Decided to dine out down the Main Street following our first experience.

We had a lovely time. The hotel was within walking distance of most locations with easy bus transportation. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay overall.
Good location in Banff overall quiet and some nice views. Walking distance to restaurants and bike path
Great rooms and very clean.nice atmosphere to have a fireplace. No breakfast but nice to have coffee/tea i room and small fridge
Friendly staff.
Overall good value.
Parking- don’t use their lot. Very small, narrow, one way traffic. Also very expensive $20 per day.

Very comfortable bed and nice gas fire in room , just stayed overnight but was very good , dated furniture and fittings , but everything worked as it should , would definitely stay here again
