Location was great , staff lovely too, big rooms top floor , no noise ,car park easy,we were in corner so used staircase all the time which was fine
Staircase needed a good clean , not cleaned whilst we were there ,bed was very dusty showing few marks but I take own blanket to lie on incase , think just needed a good clean , don’t think room had been used in a while

The rooms were not worth the money we paid. Very old building, the sink wasn’t working. The rooms were not clean. It wasn’t a good experience for what we paid for. It’s a motel not a hotel

A big room with kitchen area and another bedroom for the toddler. It was kept clean but it was quite dated...which we didn't mind at all. We stayed 9 nights and the access was perfect for the ski shuttles to Sunshine and Lake Louise.
The room was a little dated, but it was absolutely fine for us. The heating system was a tad noisy, but nothing that disturbed us too much.

The location and the size of the property. I love the loft style accommodation too.
It was quite loud, as I could hear everything in the next room, and if they went down the stairs, I could hear them very loudly
