Wonderful
Warm welcome, spacious room, super comfy bed, balcony with a nice view of the river, free parking in the centre of Banff. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk everywhere we wanted to in Banff - easy access to the Bow River trail, the legacy trail, canoe and bike hire, horse riding, free shuttle bus to the gondola and, of course, the wide selection of shops, restaurants and attractions in the town. It was also a bonus to be able to use the facilities at the sister hotel across the road and we liked the green incentive of $5 per night to spend in the Park Lodge restaurant if you opt out of room service, which worked for us during our three nights stay.

The location is the main advantage in this hotel and also the SPA which is served by the nearby hotel is very nice and new. Also the parking lots are
The hotel itself is old, and we also had an issue with no having hot water for half a day. No compensation was suggested as well.

The location of the Bow View was perfect. Once we arrived, we did not need to use the car to go out for dinner. Having a view of the Bow River was fantastic.
There was no air conditiong. This was stated so I was aware.
I was concerned when we placed the quilt cover back on the bed the amount of dust that came out. I have tried not to think about that too much.

Location was fantastic!!!! Access to the pool/hot tub area in partner hotel was also amazing!
Rooms were very small and very out dated. Our room smelled of urine from I’m assuming someone’s pet staying there previously.

The rooms were small, no ac., Outdated, beds were awful, overpriced. Rating said it was an 8, that is very misleading as I would rate this a 3

Very good stay, comfortable room, could do with a bit of updating. Exceptionally helpful staff and very good location with easy access to everything.
Decor could do with updating a little, but good value for money.
