The dining area and coffee was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even cleaned the snow from the car. Great location of hotel for walk to downtown. Parking free!
The room had a slanted ceiling which led me to hit my head a few times. Not evident from the pictures of the room shown. The TV was very old 480i and cable limited for channels. The Inn should modernize the tvs to HDTV at least. No HDMI plug in back. The shower handle would not stay on warm and would fall to very hot by gravity. The piping also squealed when using hot water. Add cereal to the breakfast options. Since milk and porridge already provided anyways.

The whole place was very clean and the staff were friendly. The lounging area was very comfortable as was the eating area and the place was quiet though the inn wasnt at full capacity. We would have liked to stay longer but had an appointment to keep, will come back again.
Parking was a bit tight for someone with a larger vehicle. It was fortunate that the inn was not full as we would have had a hard time parking in back.

Convenient, walkable location to many restaurants in town.
Much not to like. Not like a hotel but more like a hostel. Lots of rules to follow at the Boutique. Overpriced for what you got, not a good value. You would be better off at a regular hotel.

The location was ideal, a short walk from the town.

Quiet location, not far from center of BANFF, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, very well looked after rooms, great place to relax.
