Hotel is well situated on Banff avenue. Room was nice and comfortable with a separate living space. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall we were very happy with our choice of hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Spa pool was huge.
Close to restaurants in downtown Banff.
If there is a work out room, it could be use well for non-winter weather.

Perfect location, very clean, comfy beds, a good breakfast with excellent choices and availability.
My wife cutting her foot on some carpet nails sticking up through the carpet in our room! NOT GOOD! Although the staff dealt with it very quickly. Check-in seemed a little strained, I suspect the lady had a long day as she couldn't get out the door quick enough when her replacement came on-shift. Very expensive for what it is in all honesty, but pleasant.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room we were in was very noisy. When someone flushed the toilet above us you could hear the water going through the pipes. Also the air-conditioning was like a motorbike starting up when it was kicking in. Room was also very small.

Very clean hotel and property, there was parking outside our door (also parking in a locked underground garage) which was nice with the sliding glass door to our room. Hot tubs were popular, and it is in the heart of downtown.
