Very homely and comfortable accommodation, a quite location, a scenic short walk over a footbridge into town. A wonderful and helpful host, lovely fresh breakfast and snack provisions. Enjoyed a wonderful night at the outside fireplace.

Very Good
There were plenty of breakfast options, including fresh fruit, cereals and yummy muffins. The bed was very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was superb as it's a quick walk to Town center and easy to find when travelling.
Nothing to add. We really enjoyed our stay.

April is a fantastic host who runs a lovely place. I was staying for a couple of days to attend a conference at the Fairmont hotel, which is only a short walk away. My room was lovely, I much appreciated being able to have breakfast whenever convenient and the living room/kitchen is a nice place to chill after a busy day out.

The rooms, common area (fridge for your own food, there's also some food/snacks for common use) and bathroom were all great. There's an air fryer available for cooking small items. The host was very accommodating and gave great recommendations. I found the location great as it was a quieter part of town but also well within walking distance to downtown. It's also right next to the Park Office which is a lovely building with beautiful gardens. Can also park your car in front but be aware of ensuring others can park theirs.
There's no cooktop in the kitchen area to make your own meals but I think there might be some regulation preventing that (there was an air fryer however).

April is an exceptional host. She is very kind, respectful and takes care of everything in detail. The property is cozy, with a lovely yard to enjoy the mountains view. The facility is good, and everything is clean and organized. Her place is close to Banff downtown, which is excellent if you want to go for a walk or drink. We had a lovely time at the place and look forward to staying there on our next trip to Banff.

Host April was very welcoming and friendly. The property was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The location was easy to find and in a great area. Easy walk to Banff Ave.

The hosts were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The guest rooms were entered through a private entrance to the building that opened into a charming and well-stocked eating area and sitting area with a couch and fireplace. There was food for a self-serve breakfast and snacks available. The whole space was clean and well-decorated. The queen bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and had a sweet view. The B&B was an easy walking distance to the town centre and was very close to the Sulphur Mountain amenities. Thank you April and Peter!

It is a nice a comfortable room in the house with a few such rooms and shared kitchen. The host is also very nice, she let me check out later to catch my shuttle. The kitchen has many snacks to take, tea and coffee.

April was a great host! My room was very comfortable with a private bath. The kitchen area was shared with complementary coffee, yoghurt, fruit and granola.
It was about a 1/2 mi walk to town or to pick up the free ski shuttle. Really not too bad. Banff is very pretty so I didn't mind the walk.
