the cleanliness and the kind staff
the beds are old and tired and uncomfortable the lounge couches are old and uncomfortable no wonder the sheets are stained which we pointed to the staff.. there was only one towel.. there was noise the whole of children at the next room for most of the evening until
the early hours ..it was just a bad experience

It homeliness.
The manager demanding an extra 80pula the next day on check out, after the guests had filled the checking form which had indicated the number of people occupying the two-bedroom apartment the night that they checked in.
I believe if there were any issues they should have been sorted on the night they checked in, and they should have contacted me instead of embarrassing my family the next day.
But would I be using the hotel again?
Definitely yes and we plan to stay longer next time.

The apartments are spacious and meticulously clean. The living area has a wide glass sliding door that allows for a serene flow of air and natural light, plus a kitchen with all gears and cutlery one would need.
