Joyce was absolutely amazing, very friendly, helpful and so full of life. The parking is also shady so very nice. The room was huge and loads of space. Wi-Fi was fast and we had no issues with the internet. The pool is immaculate. The owner and Joyce even let us store some of our shopping in the room that was being renovated downstairs, so we did not have to cart everything up and down the stairs.
The room is really big, and being in the heart of winter, the aircon kept tripping, and would not come on. Sadly the owner did not tend the problem and we ended up sleeping really cold. So I hope that he does at some point look into that.

Accessibility and quietness
Harassed by a cat which kept crying for food. It even sneaked into one of our rooms to grab food when the room was cleaned.
