The fact that they did not follow through with the special arrangement I had asked for when booking. The meal was scanty.

Wonderful
When I arrived I was told they had overbooked and there was no room for me. I had booked 4 days ago! Half an hour later, after a call to the owner to complain, a room was freed up for me. Then, at 9.30PM, I was asked to pay and the receptionist told me the card machine hadnt worked for days and I would have to find an ATM. Fortunately she was the problem and I was able to get the machine to work. Finally, all other rooms were full of students who were noisy, knocking on my door at night to ask for a plug adapter and waking me at 5.50am in the morning. Very unpleasant stay and I cannot recommend.
