Loved the location of the property, perfectly located within the center of Gaborone. I loved the luxury feel of the hotel, loved the restaurant at the top floor called Table50Two with its great food/drinks and amazing panoramic views of the city, I loved my room, and I loved the welcoming staff.
Nothing really I can say I didn’t like about the property. It was all fantastic!

It was clean and quiet
While checking in, we were firmly told that there is a dress code in the hotel ... no shorts allowed for both men and women and no show of skin. Both ladies in my party were modestly dressed, so I was confused but understood. Later that evening, I noticed that other guests from a different nationality were in shorts and super cropped tops, so I assumed that it was "an American thing," Secondly...the rooms were inconvenient and what was advertised in the pictures was not what we got in person. They kept powering off the hvac, so the rooms got really hot at night. The bathroom area did not have enough space to put your stuff, and the shower shelf was way too tiny. There was no iron in rooms, and it took several calls to get one sent to the room. Staff needed more training in elevator courtesy, i.e., not come onto the elevator carrying guests with a cart full of soiled linens. In conclusion, I would never stay at that hotel again

Great property in Gaborone. We found the room to be quite nice and up to expectations. The building was quite nice and staff were friendly. Within walking distance of restaurants and had a lovely rooftop bar. Would highly recommend for business or leisure travel.

Centrally located in Gaborone CBD within walking distance of major commercial buildings and amenities making it ideal for the business traveler to Botswana . It is also the tallest building in Gaborone with a fantastic view over the hall city from the roof top restaurant.

It was spacious and very clean.
Everything was for one guest. As they thought the booking was for one. Small bed. Double. We like queen size beds. As the room is very big. They did bring extra towels after we had to asked. As we were leaving very early we asked for packed breakfast. We traveled to Windhoek. The breakfast was only for one. But all over a very nice Hotel.
