There was no water in the morning, we had to go out of the facility for bathroom services from bathing to loo, it ruined my stay altogether, and it was such an inconvenience since we were going to work the following day...the least that the facility could have could have been to reduce the paying price to 50% or offer a night accommodation free of charge to make up for the ruined current night...I just feel water and electricity should be basic things that have a backup for such facility...and when we arrived the security guard didn't know that we were coming, he just said that there's only 1 room left and he thinks it should be the one we have booked...
