I booked early and the facility didn't notify of their late check in. I attempted to solicite an earlier check in at least 2pm to no avail. Imagine having to wait on the parking lot from 12pm to 3pm just to check in. The receptionist was so cold and unconcerned

At least get two people to work at nice because the lady can not help three people at a time and we check in very tired ready for bed

The breakfast time is from 6.30 am which is offered by news cafe but it was always late. From around 6.45-6.50 am and they wouldn’t compensate for a packed breakfast. 4 days in a row we had 7 am pick up times so hardly got to have a full breakfast
