The place is one of the better value for money place in the centre of Gaborone CDB, which surprisingly has not too many options. The host, Mr Nteede is a very helpful host and can take card payment for the place. There is as well an authentic Chinese restaurant downstairs from the building.
Despite the price, the apartment has no pool facility, also the place despite on higher floors, is on the other side facing away from the town centre, which does not give you a panoramic view as you would have hoped. There isn't much the host could do to change these. The internet is as well on the slow side.

Owner was easily accessible and the apartment was clean
the tv had no watchable channels and internet. was slow so one couldnt really stream movies either so not too ideal for spending the day in the apartment

General administration of my stay was excellent. Though our host was not present, we never felt any difference because everything was in place.
The 2nd basement where we parked our car was too dark. At one time we were afraid to go and collect some items we had left in tge car. Further the bed was not as comfortable as it was hard
