Disappointing
The staff endeavored to accommodate my needs; however, it was significantly challenging due to the reassignment of my room on two occasions. Initially, the room was infested with both live and dead spiders. The subsequent room contained female sanitary products in the bathroom.
The aspects I found unsatisfactory regarding this property primarily involved two issues in both rooms. Upon check-in, I observed spiderwebs throughout the room. I subsequently approached the manager, who arranged a room change. However, the alternative room was in a deplorable condition, as it contained a trashcan filled with tampons. This situation was unsanitary and posed health concerns. Despite these issues, a room change was not executed, and I was compelled to remain in a room that was not appropriately maintained.

Comfortable bed, good WiFi and AC. Friendly staff and good breakfast. There is a mall a short block away.
It took 18 minutes to get hot water for a shower (every night, we timed it) . The fake balcony was full of dead birds and bird poop. The glass was also covered with bird poop.

Pleasant
The roof-top (on the 3rd floor) had an impressive city landscape view and was nice to relax on the evening. The Gym is well equipad and the staff are really nice and helpful.
The rooms are a little old, some renovations to the bathroom would be welcome
