The rooms were clean and neat and always had a fresh smell. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi connection was strong and I was able to attend to work.
We did not have breakfast as we were not told that we had to pre-order the day before. We had to wait 30 minutes for an invoice after I had given all the details required in advance, this in turn made us late for an appointment. There were no bathroom mats, so I had to use the hand towel. I do suggest you place bigger glasses and coffee mugs as well as the option of rooibos tea with mini milk instead of cremora in the rooms. The water pressure was terrible and should be looked at.

I didn't stay, I was left stranded without a place to stay.
To be informed the day of arrival through the message that the room is no longer available. I tried calling but they said Sorry then went from polar to post to look for accomodation at night worse not even familiar with Botswana. I booked in one of the guest houses. So .

The place is easily accessible and clean. Staff are well mannered.
There was no water completely and there was no plan in place to assist with the shortage of water. Having traveled one needs a hot bath to freshe up. We were assisted by the night guard to warm water for us imagine the 2 of us and as tired as we were. The management need to make a contingency plan buy a big water storage tanks incase of water shortage. Imagine not using the toilet because there was no water...it was really bad...

The rooms were nice however they appeared to be dusty. The kitchen was horrible- dirty with unclean dishes.

The bed was very comfortable..The location was good, the atmosphere was peaceful....I really enjoyed the serenity of the night, no outside loud noises
I didn't like that when we arrived, they were not ready to receive us, there was no electricity and they didn't have any lights on, no back up generator or rechargeable lights...The rooms were dirty, it was like they were not expecting people to book the place or something...Our bathroom didn't have any towels for bathing and the shower didn't have a door, ..The Dstv was not working, they only fixed it on our last night of stay.

close to the airport. clean. quiet. excellent friendly and helpful staff.
doors were old fashioned deadlock with a key which meant if I left the room with my wife still in the room I either had to leave the room unlocked or she was locked in.
Small thing but maybe ask for a second key if they have one.

The food was very satisfactory. The room was adequate for my needs and had a nice comfortable overstuffed chair that I enjoyed. It also had a small work desk with 3 different types of outlets so that you had a choice of plug types.
South Africa has electrical problems nation wide and has times of blackouts when electricity is off and on for up to 3 hours of time each day. The hotel has a backup generator but there were times when the power was off and internet was not available. They did the best that they could to maintane power supply. I was still able to take care of what was needed for my business, but with a few brief interruptions of power loss. The room was a bit cool for me with no aircon but then I'm from Florida and am more accustom to warm. I would make sure next time to ask for a room with aircon. I would still stay here again.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, well-equipped. Staff were really helpful guiding us there over a phone call & as we arrived late.
Only 1 large bath towel when arrived but 2 of us staying. Reception sorted it.
