I have always loved Cresta and have stayed here over the years. I love the location more than anything.
The hotel is becoming dated and the services not so good. It was hard getting towels to the room and just getting a meal from the restaurant took more than an hour and a half. The staff tend to stare a lot and not actually offer the assistance needed

The room was clean and decent
I didnt enjoy breakfast at all throughout my stay. Internet connection in my room kept on breaking. The shower was also disappointing

The staff were helpful and the room comfortable and clean. The staff responded to all needs.
The breakfast is a buffet but not cooked with care. It's bad. The hotel is next to a main road which makes it loud in the morning. The market nearby makes it feel unsafe.

Great customer service and very helpful staff
Provision of towels , if you have two people booked in s room all the necessary essential should be provided at all times with no need for request. We have to remind staff to provide towels for two people per each room. This was soon corrected . The noise from the bars next door could be a little too much, thus was especially noted on first day of arrival ( Friday night).

The hotel room is spacious and had a filling breakfast.
Just need to fix the shower head. It was loose so we couldn't adjust it and therefore had to stand close to the wall to get access to water. But not a train smash

good breakfast and good view good personality law is still strict people have respect to one another security is very tough parking is secure and safe no crime no hobbos around the mall
