Breakfast was great, an excellent omelette and the service was always with a sincere, beautiful smile. I liked the garden pool, climate, people, everything. The staff at the reception were invaluable, and I would like to thank Mrs. Anitha and the receptionists, especially Tito, for saving us in a difficult situation. It's hard to judge, maybe many things could be done faster, but it's probably a culture that can't be compared in different worlds

The restaurant was nice, the bar was friendly and accessible, They had many services available and were quick to answer the phone.
Couldn't find the complimentary breakfast, the bathroom wasn't very clean. They over charged me for laundry, Concierge was slightly aggressive looking for a tip, and they attempted to overcharge me for my room I got on a deal and then downgraded me to a queen from a king. Also, they didn't respect the 'Do Not Disturb' sign multiple times.
