The room met my expectations and the cleaning ladies were very customer oriented.
I didn't like the way the way my payment was handled. I was informed my card did not work and it was tried on many machines. I waited for some time to have my bill settled which was settled using the same card.

Location and dinner very good. Helpful staff - Good facilities and pool area excellent in the very hot weather
Breakfast not good. Selection and quality - Not helped by two large groups eating at the same time. Some issues when checking in with booking having been made via Booking.com - Not easy to find by check in staff

There was so much confusion, the staff couldnt find my reservation which i had made via Booking.com. I laterally wasted nearly 30mins at the reception. I am not blaming the staff but the hotel must resolve their issues with the Booking.com website. I had this problem on 2 booking done on different days.
