Improve on breakfast and how it's served. Fir example I couldn't have tea because it was not where the food was.
Make the coffee and tea more visible to a person's eye. And put sugar on the table please

The room was very clean and neatly made. It was close to the mall, walking distance and good room rate.
Everything (save the bed) was so tiny, the space to put the kettle and the use the desk was tricky.

The location, being walking distance to eating places.
I booked with the hotel ONLY because it offered a family room. I have a young child and can not make him sleep in a separate room. However, on check-in, they gave me 2 separate rooms. I asked if they could at least give an interlinked room, and they said no because the family rooms were taken already. I'm very disappointed because I booked a whole month in advance.Pictures are deceiving on the site. Carpets were filthy.There was too much noise the whole night, so forget about a good night's rest. Bad experience on a whole.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Do not use the restaurant, service is poor, no guarantee you will eventually get what you ordered. The breakfast looked OK, but they had no coffee available which is unacceptable.
