Disappointing
Carpets in the lobby look old had to much dust smell. We were given a small room for the family room to use as 2 adults. How disappointing .This was really bad as we couldn't move freely let alone had space to put our luggage bags.

Cleanliness, friendly stuff and the location. It is a walking distance to 2 mall
Their ironing boards, they are too thin and need up cutting through my hand. Also, their breakfast was not that good an example is the omelette, it was dry and does not have taste at all

Close to the Airport Junction Mall and free transport to the airport, nice and helpful housekeeper. When we came he had the nicest receptionist.
Some of the staff at reception were really good others were not friendly or helpful. breakfast in itself was fine, but nobody working there cares about service.
There is a nice pool, but no sunbeds.

The hotel is ideally located not too far from a big mall with every shop and restaurant one can need and it is within walking distance.
The breakfast could do with an upgrade.More fresh fruits should be introduced and less salt could be ideal for the beef mince.
The signage to the hotel is very poor.The hotel next door has clearly visible signage but this one is hidden in a corner.
The showers are really tiny,you literally have to squeeze your way in.If you are plus sized you'll definitely be showering with the shower door open.

My first allocated room and second replacement room had cockroaches, and the level of cockroaches would indicate that other parts of the hotel have cockroaches.
