The staff was very friendly and allowed us early check in. We did not have to request it , but was arranged as soon as we arrived. The food was great.
I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but each room had 1 bath towel and 1 bathrobe. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the swimming pool was also undergoing maintenance.

- The natural surroundings and well kept and clean.
- Friendly service.
- Breakfast was very good.
- Some of the doors for twin room booking, especially the balcony doors seemed damaged (wood broken by the lock) and the lamps/lights without lightbulbs in the room.

The gardens were beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Although our unit was clean, it just felt a bit tired. We were given a family unit and the second bedroom had flashing coloured lights which kept on changing colour. We found the remote but could not switch them off. As we did not need the second bedroom we just closed the door.

Our traditional food cuisine which was prepared as lunch in one of the days. I also love the buffet breakfast, it has all sorts including dry fruits.
My departure flight was in the late afternoon and I was given extended stay without a cost....which I didn't expect. That was sweet....customer care at it's best
