Pool. Rooms ok
The fall in out shower in our shower was wrong direction. The drain was at the high end so the shower flooded within a minute of running the water.
The hotel knew about the problem, they were only 50% full yet they put us in the room. We were offered an upgrade on a future stay but no other recompense.

Staff was very polite and cooperative
River side access is a joke. Our comparison point was Terma Linca Resort in Thimphu, and Le Meridian was an absolute disappointment. Not even a chair to sit by the river side, on top of a guard stopping us from going there. Room windows can't even be opened fully to enjoy the river view unfiltered.

This is a quaint, beautiful hotel by the Paro river. Ours was pleasant experience. The staff is attentive and helpful
