The steakhouse
Upon arrival being assigned to a handicap room without my request. I went to the front desk to request another room, they said I had to wait until the next day. The next morning before my room was to be reassigned the sliding restroom door fell on my guest (picture below)

Beautiful location, nice view from balcony, and friendly staff. Room service and mini bar were included at no extra cost.
We wished their were more meal options. There were limited menu choices to choose from. We preferred the buffet and the sports bar over all of the restaurants.

Disappointing
The beach was beautiful, the ocean was clear, and the resort grounds were well maintained. The location was convenient, and most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and hardworking.
The rooms were outdated and cleanliness did not meet expectations. The food quality was inconsistent. I also observed what appeared to be unequal enforcement of rules at the pool. A group of guests was throwing a football until Black guests entered the area, at which point they were told to stop. Once those guests left, the football game resumed. Whether intentional or not, the inconsistent handling of the situation left me feeling uncomfortable and negatively impacted my experience.

All inclusive
Black mold in both our rooms under the fridge. Both got a cough and sore irritated throat that lasted several weeks. No stores or casino.

The buffet food was very good. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.Beach was nice. Rooms pretty clean.
Not impressed with the restaurants (felt rushed and very limited menu) or bar options (terrible)...no windows. Did not like the DJ music, not relaxing. Too much of a party vibe for us. Pool way too crowded. Poolside room views terrible...other side much nicer relaxing view.

The property was very clean staff were super friendly and a breeze with booking excursions. I loved the 24 hour bar
I didn’t like that there weren’t as many restaurants on the property we found ourselves leaving the property multiple times to go out to a restaurant

Most of the staff seemed to dislike our presence there. Especially compared with other all-inclusive experiences. Extremely opposite to Riu Yucatan, Playa del Carmen, Mexico

All inclusive deal was good value for money, the views were pretty. The food was excellent.
Beach was too small, pool too warm. The room was fine, but a bit small as well.

The beach is nice and not too crowded. Friendly and helpful staff. The resort is pretty clean
The room I booked said ocean view but I got a room that had no view of the ocean. I was told I need to get an upgrade to actually have an ocean view as the room I selected doesn't include a view (even when the listing mentions it). The upgraded room had a nice view but it was very loud outside as it was close to the resort's AC unit (I think). So hardly could sit outside in the balcony to enjoy the view due to the noise.

Very Clean , Great Customer service and good entertainment in the theatre .
No shops on site . Spa prices were too high. Different kind of day time games needed cause not every couple is able to do physical games provided . Suggest a shuttle service to town as well
