I liked the all inclusive. We didn't have to leave the property to find food. We liked the adults only. No kids crying. Dtaff was very friendly and helpful.
Beds weren't all that comfortable. A few more activities would be nice. I think the hotel is being updated but not sure.

The food options were excellent, and the variety of restaurants was a great addition to the property. Having so many choices made every meal enjoyable and really enhanced our overall experience. We were impressed with both the quality and the convenience.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The guest rooms could benefit from some updates and general maintenance. It would also be great to see more evening activities and entertainment available on the property. Additionally, the water floats should be cleaned more regularly to ensure they remain in good condition for guests.

This was my first all-inclusive resort, and I loved not having to pay for food or drinks! The buffet food was also quite good and they surprisingly had a few vegan options.
I initially wasn't excited about the entertainment options, but each one I went to was more fun than I expected. I also did a bike tour to Cabbage Beach which was fun. The beach wasn't too far away and they have free bikes and helmets we were able to use.
The property has multiple pools and places to sit, which I liked. There were also a few hammocks that I didn't get a chance to use, but it was nice to be able to find a little nook to relax in, especially at night. The resort "beach" was small but never crowded while I was there so I didn't mind. And it's fenced so you don't have to worry about dangerous animals or anything like that.
The staff were all very friendly! Everyone said good morning when they got on the elevator and were generally helpful and accommodating.
My room was clean, and I didn't have any complaints about it.
The walls in the rooms are VERY thin - I could hear entire conversations happening next door. There was also a strong bleach smell in my room.
Although I appreciated the fact that the hotel had strong A/C, it could get VERY cold in the rooms. I tried to turn my A/C off, and that helped a bit but it was still cold to the point where I wanted to step outside and feel a bit of the summer air. Maybe they do that intentionally, I don't know lol.
Also, I don't know if it was the humidity in the air or what, but it took forever for my clothes to dry! Definitely bring multiple bathing suits and cover-ups because it will take them about 2-2.5 days to air dry.
I agree with some other reviewers that the furniture and decor can be a bit outdated, but it didn't bother me at all while I was there.

It wasn’t a massive resort and it lacked some things that Atlantis has, but it’s an excellent escape location and the bartenders didn’t skimp on the alcohol at all, which is impressive at an all inclusive. It’s in the middle of everything you’d want to get to on Paradise island, and for the price we all found it to be absolutely exceptional compared to surrounding resorts. Amazing pool and private beach, with free bait and rods for pier fishing. The Atlantis Casino and shops are about a 3 minute walk and free for Warwick stayers at all times. You can purchase day passes for anything else you feel you may need at another resort. Staff was amazing. Would stay again and then probably another 5 times after that.
It’s not huge and undergoing construction, though it’s clear that they’re doing it to improve the property and I can’t emphasize enough it’s not at all intrusive; the workers are scaling the side of the building and for all practical purposes far away from the actual resort itself. There’s some empty land next to the resort that it seems they may be looking to use in the future.
