We had a great time at the hotel. It was fun, enjoyable, and had a wonderful atmosphere.
However, it was often very crowded, which could be exhausting and sometimes made it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities and amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice view. Alot of things to do between all the Atlantis Resorts. The shuttle bus is nice. Tons of things for kids but my advice would be bring snacks or breakfast food if you aren't rich. Staff was always friendly and the adults only pool was great. My view is from the 6th floor.
The $17 daily gratuity and $82 daily resort fee. The resort is ok. The food is so ridiculously expensive and not that great. Almost $20 for a solo cup size margarita drink and that is with the automatic gratuity added. Construction. It wasn't supposed to start until 10am but sometimes it started at 8 or 9 am. It was on the side I was staying so it was a little annoying. I am glad I stayed but I would choose a different place next time. Atlantis isnt what they make it seem on the advertisements. Was a little disappointed.

Very nice, adult pool was totally shaded. And they had me check in late after waiting there the whole day - supposed to be 4 pm check in , I asked for anything early if possible since I was there at 11 am. And they said they would try - I ended up checking in not even until 445

room was neat and spacious, cove pool warm and not crowded. pool area included wait service.
no breakfast on site, food cost way over priced and not that high a quality, drinks, except for beer was also way overpriced. mini golf at $40 per player was also overpriced, should have been a free amenity.
considering the cost to stay i would have expected more nightly entertainment at a reasonable cost. casino was the best i have visited in the caribbean but way too rich with few low ante tables reducing the entertainment value.

Huge place, tons of stuff to do, nice staff that want to give good service.
Paying extra for good things is ok, but sometimes it feels like you are being used.
We went to the dolphins for example, turns out that after the activity, they want almost $200 for the pictures, not even printed ones, simply sending 12-15 digital JPEGs for $200/
Thats not expensive, that's simply disrespectful of the client.

Hotel was smelly, house keeling kept coming to our room to clean but all they did was lay the bed without even changing sheets and everything else was left dirty and disorganized

I liked that there were several Resorts on the premises with FREE shuttle service, the "Greeting" Staff members(drivers,door persons)were the friendliest whether grabbing a Taxi or returning back to Hotel, the property itself was beautiful, elevator service was excellent ( we only waited a sec or two each time)
Be mindful that THE PRICE YOU SEE ONLINE IS NOT THE TOTAL PRICE! (We knew this in advance, this just an FYI). The 15% AUTOMATIC gratuity, VAT tax, and DAILY resort, other fees are ALL ADDED AT CHECKOUT. If you’re budgeting $4,000 for your trip, best to add another $2,000 to $3,000. Insane! Automatic gratuity? SCAM! It’s added to EVERYTHING- ALL Resort and Food services on premises. Makes staff LAZY and NOT care because they’re getting tipped regardless of service given. It leads to a really bad attitude from the staff. The cleaning crew was PATHETIC—we had chip crumbs on the floor from day one, and they were still there when we checked out. The beds were barely made, sheets weren’t changed, and towels were just swapped out. Shameful. The bellhop was rude and acted bothered to help with luggage. The beach is full of rocks. Food is gross and ridiculously overpriced—Poseidon’s Table buffet was disgusting, Fish by Jose wasn’t worth it, and Silan was a rip-off. Minimal entertainment—just a bad comedy show and a 5-minute Junkanoo parade. Taxis push restaurants for kickbacks, and the vendors at the Straw Market are vultures, overcharging for everything. For $6,000, Atlantis isn’t worth it—you’d get better value on a cruise with food and entertainment included!

ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN WAS VERY GOOD.
COVE ROOM CONDITIONS NOT AS WOULD BE EXPECTED FOR THE PRICIEST ACCOMMMODATIONS AT ATLANTIS I.E. REPLACEMENT REFRIGERATOR IN MY ROOM WAS NOT PROPER FIT FOR OPENING IN THE CABINET, MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM REEFER NOT WORKING ON ARRIVAL TOOK 2 DAYS TO REPLACE.
