The place was a mess, I checked out 30 minutes after check in. Dirty, nasty, disgusting. Looks like it's unlivable. I wanted a refund, but they refused, this app won't give me me a refund either. So I'm not using the app anymore. Booking.com is a scam. They don't tell you the truth, about THESE places.

Very friendly staff. Coconut Cafe was great for Breakfast and Lunch. Rooms could use some upgrades. There are no hooks to hang a towel after getting out of the shower. Pedestal sinks make it almost impossible to set stuff on the counter to get ready. There was no top sheet just a blanket that I am not sure would get washed between guests. We had a lamp with no light bulb in it. The toilet was very stained and should be deep cleaned or replaced. The room key was very difficult to get to work. However, there were crews working on improving the hotel while we were there so effort is being made and the staff was very friendly. For the price you are getting what you paid for but a few small simple improvements to the rooms would go a long way.
Needs some more little details. A place to hang your towel on a little hook. A top sheet. Deep clean of the toilet and rust stains. Light bulb in the lamp. Just some small touches would make a big difference.

Exceptional
A good and clean hotel with good value for money. Bed linen and rooms cleaned daily. Breakfasts were delicious and, most importantly, fast. The coffee and sandwiches were excellent. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel ($1,5 per ride), with connections to different parts of the island. Public beaches are 2-3-minutes walk away. We like it, thank you.

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate although a little dated. Wifi was available everywhere.
one of the restaurants was closed (could have been a 'Holiday/New Year' thing.
Would have liked coffee maker or kettle in the room but they did have one in the reception store, which was extremely well stocked and convenient.

Was close enough to airport and offered a shuttle for $20.
The staff was not super pleasant and the room cost was $100 when there was no running water and door was broken. No water came out of the faucet.
