Location, landscaping
In short nearly every interaction w staff, they were rude. Not pleasant or helpful. They acted like they were bothered anytime I asked a question or asked for help. Whole location was great, I won’t be coming back ever to this resort

The staff are always very accomodating. I have not had the priviledge to eat at any of the resturants because they were all full for thanksgiving, but I hope on my return in January.
It was thanksgiving and there were an unusual amount of guest with children whom were running up and down the room floor hallways. I was not able to get my usual resident 1 bedroom suite, and although this year i had 15 stays at SLS I have never met a manager! The staff know me well but NO Managers!

Choice of pools, and restaurants. Great entertainment and the staff were top noch!

The facilities and general quality of scale in the building were acceptable and it helped that 2 other hotels were available to spend time in and to eat there .
The music noise from a private party at the end of our building was totally dominating the atmosphere and was wholly unacceptable in fact disgraceful in particular that the management allowed it to continue at all . It was impossible to avoid or ignore across the hotel especially in our room . Shocking and ruined our time there .

Grounds were beautiful, food and beverage outlets were great!
Loud music everywhere all the time. If you’re looking for a relaxing and quiet stay, this is not the place. Even if you are at the pools and beaches that are not the designated “party” spots, you can still hear the music from the other pools because it’s so loud.
Restaurants were also insanely expensive. Food was delicious but the prices are aggressive.

Asked for my sons sheets for sofa bed and it came at 1:30am
Restaurants staff took very long and service was not good at any of the restaurants we went to
Each night they would sit us 30-45 min after our reservation time and dinners ran 2-3 hrs

The hotel was extremely kid friendly. Everything was extremely clean. The amenities were amazing! Loved the various pools, the kids had a great time at the arcade, the light show at the fountains was amazing, the water park was so much fun and the flamingos were super cute! It’s the perfect place for a family!
You have to book restaurant reservations well in advance which as a first time visitor, I didn’t know. You are competing against not only fellow visitors staying at the hotel but also people who aren’t staying at the hotel that would like to eat at the best restaurants. While I understand the restaurants want the business I do think the hotel could do a better job of guiding visitors through the reservation process. Send a link a month or two months in advance allowing people that stay at the hotel to book their dinner reservations. Give them a heads up so that they’re not stranded once they get to the hotel.

Had debris in hallways that stayed outside rooms, the whole week! Restaurants were not opened, hard to eat without reservation, front desk was ignorant of schedules for restaurants.

The waterpark was a great way to spend the day with the kids
The check-in process was horrible. Arrived at 12, and were promised were getting our room ready. I received a call at 3:59 saying our room was ready. The room was not as clean as it should be. Employees had no problems taking tips & making false promises
