We got an upgrade to a spatious suite, kitchen well equipped, breakfast was good and served in a pleasant area. Staff very helpful, particularly the lady organising excursions and our waiter at breakfast.
The property has a tranquil feeling, not one of the massified, 20 stories, hotels with hundreds of rooms, which we wanted to avoid at all cost and managed to do at this hotel. Trade off is less amenities onsite.
You need a car to move around, there could be a better restaurant onsite (good for drinks by the pool), but there are good restaurants within walking distance/supermarket/other shops. Beach was not the most enticing, but with a car you can move to nicer areas within 30’.

Location, Location, Location!
This place is an absolute postcard picture and a must for your Instagram feed. This was actually my second visit, and it did not disappoint. It is wonderfully romantic and tucked away from the crowds and noise of the city. The vibes are pure Bohemian bliss, and the private beach water is a breathtaking crystal clear blue. I will most definitely be going back again!

Room was terrible. Basically under a staircase with no terrace or view. In bad need of an update.

The beach was terrific and the hammocks were great
The pool was not satisfying, the breakfast was with extra charge and it did not have too many options. The room were a bit dissappointing, since they were pretty small and not to the highest standard.

We were very pleased with how quaint this resort was! The food was the best, consistent food of any place we have been. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

All of the staff we interacted with were fantastic at the resort - especially the front desk and activities desk staff. They went above and beyond helping us get a (not resort-related) issue sorted out, and rescheduling activities due to weather.
Resort was clean and quiet, and the restaurants were good. It was nice having both the ocean and lagoon beaches, since it gave us options on windy days.
The only - minor - complaint was that the pressure in the shower wasn't good. The water was nice and hot, but the pressure sucked!

Great property with many restaurants to walk to. Simple rooms, kitchenette was ideal, grocery store nearby that hotel can shuttle you to on Sundays.
Room was dated, but comfortable beds and great air conditioning.

Did not change the sheets on the bed. Forgot towels a few times. Laundry room light on at night unless I turned it off and our room was in front of it, shined in. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and rundown.

The resort is well situated off the ocean but also around a canal that runs between the residences and the hotel side. This gives you beach access and a protected beach access along with pools.
The property is getting dated and needs some maintenance.

Location is really good, the marina has a few restaurants to choose from. And they are walking distance.
The staff were super nice.
The property is well equipped.
It is dated, needs to be put up to date.
We got a room we’re two or three things did not work properly, we told the manager and she immediately gave us an upgrade, so they want you to have a good time in the resort and they work hard for that.

I love that it’s in the quiet area of the island. Location isn’t that bad, 20-25 mins taxi to Downtown. The resort is well maintained, equipped with everything needed. It’s quiet resort and not too crowded compared to other hotels in town. Love the private beach access.
Room’s a bit smaller that I thought.

The room we had was average and minimalistic, but the area was fantastic. The scenery is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the pier overlooking the bay and the pristine water.
It’s a bit of a way from most things, but there are plenty of taxis available. We would definitely go back and we highly recommend it!"
